Shipping & Returns
Our priority is that your chocolates arrive in perfect condition. Please read below to familiarize yourself with our rates and policies before placing your order.
3pm Eastern cut-off time
We must receive your order by 3pm Monday-Friday for it to ship out that day. If we receive your order after 3pm, it will ship out on the next business day.
Shipping over the weekend
Although your order will usually ship on the business day received, we reserve the right to hold your package over the weekend to limit the amount of time in transit. Likewise, if you are shipping chocolates to a warm-weather destination or during the warm months, we may hold your package until the first day of the week.
UPS is our primary shipper. Our shippers only deliver on business days, and may require a signature for delivery at the discretion of the driver. Deliveries to businesses occur between 9am and 5pm, deliveries to residences occur between 9am and 7pm.
At this time, we do not ship outside of the US. If you would like special consideration, please contact us directly.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind everything we make and guarantee that our chocolate leaves our facility in peak condition. Due to the perishable nature of our product, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges for items that are not damaged or defective.
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by weather, mechanical failure or other acts beyond our control, incorrect or incomplete addresses input by the purchaser on the original web order.
